In year 1989, PAL moved into the enormous 60,000 sq.ft. custom-built factory in Tai Po. There is where PAL's machines are designed, built, tested and packaged to be delivered, once an order comes in. PALSEA will take care of installation the machine and do servicing after sale.
PAL(SEA) Sdn Bhd was set up by Mr. John Chau and Mr. E.B. Ho. They are the Technical Director and Marketing Director respectively. Our office is situated in the industrial area of Permas Jaya, Johor.
We has established PAL office in Philippines to granted the demands towards PAL's machines.

We has installed the first PAL machine in Vietnam by our PALSEA team.
Initially the main purpose of PALSEA was to serve as a regional office to represent PAL's business in the South East Asia region. It was also to provide after-sales service and follow up on the products and machines. Over the years, our role has evolved into more responsibilities.
Today, PALSEA is the headquarter of our support centers in the South East Asia countries: Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. PALSEA supports all the sales, service, installation and marketing in the region.
We provide machine installation and maintenance, after-sales service, engineering solutions, equipments and parts for plating machines.

We have come a long way and are still expanding. When providing quality service to our customers, we leave no stones unturned.PAL (SEA) has also set up its service centre in Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
There is a total of 17 employees in the support teams in the above areas. After doing numerous installations and completing many projects, PAL (SEA) Sdn Bhd has years of experience under its belt. Our dedicated teams of engineers are ready to provide their service to our customers at any time, day or night.

PAL has a range of PCB products. Each of the machines is reliable and built with high quality material.
PAL designs and supplies custom-built PCB equipment. Upon receipt of an order an experienced project team is assigned whose responsibilities range from initial design to final buy-off of the machine.
All major manufacturing takes place in-house so that close control of production scheduling, manufacturing costs and product quality can be maintained.
After fabrication the main components of the system-structure, tanks, transporter ect are brought together for assembly, piping and wiring. The control cabinet is connected and the equipment fully dry-run tested before being disassembled for packing and shipping to its final destination.

This is an amazing product used to eliminate heavy metal contaminants from effluent or source materials. The Renocell, which is a patented electrolytic plating cell, comprises of stainless steel cathode current feeder, wrapped in a unique carbon fibre cathode.
The Renocell process being a subtractive technology (waste metals are removed without adding chemicals) means that the remaining water is more easily and economically recycled and no large inventories of strong wastes, sludge or chemicals are generated. This is a great advantage in some countries where industrial expansion could be constrained by limited water resources and this technology offers their PCB industry a real step forward.
Developments foreseen for the new millennium include optimization of the electro dialysis. On line regeneration and reactivation can be confidently predicted to reduce concentrate waste volumes from PCB manufacturing by 60-70%.
